These Terms of Use are entered into on the basis of section 11 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002, and constitute a binding agreement between Fiscal Bridge Advisory (Pty) Ltd (Proprietary Limited (Pty Ltd)), trading as Fiscal Bridge ("we", "us"), and any person who accesses or uses the website at frenadom.com or engages Fiscal Bridge's financial consulting services ("you", "the user"). By accessing this site or submitting information through it, you accept these terms in full.

3. No advice by use of the site

The contact form is provided for genuine business enquiries. You warrant that information you submit is accurate and that you have the authority to submit it. We are entitled to rely on submitted information without independent verification unless a discrepancy is evident.

5. Email subscription

Subscribing to email updates constitutes a request to receive periodic communications from Fiscal Bridge. You may withdraw this request at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism in any email or by contacting [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect communications already dispatched.

14. Severability
